I was in charge of collating together all of the rendered shots and editing them into a sequence. I also did some compositing.
Editing all of the shots together in after effects
Compositing
I edited in short blank screens in between shots as it shows a passing of time, and that a new scene is starting, like for example below- between the opening scene and the first act
Editing in the blank screen between the opening scene and first act
I also colour corrected some of the shots to enhance the look of the shot. In the shots where you see the mime conducting from the orchestra pit I darkened it up around the mime, as he is suppose to be in almost darkness.

I also colour corrected the shot of the group huddled together as they are standing in the dark wings of the stage and so the shot needed to look quite dark.
Group huddle- colour corrected

In order to make the singers face go red I first duplicated each shot and then using the top one I created a mask around the face. I then used the 'change to colour' effect on this layer to change the colour of the singers face to red. I had to do this to every shot of the singer after she starts to struggle singing, slowing making her look more and more red. In the last shot of the singers face I used saturation to make it extremely red.
Mask around the singers face
First shot of singers slightly red face
Last shot of singers extremely red face
As the mime conducts the singer faster and faster the shots of him conducting had to be sped up, I did this by using 'time stretch' on the shots. For example this shot of the mime was sped up by half (50%)
After I had done this editing and compositing, this is the file I sent to Nelly in my group, to finish compositing and to add music:
