Animation: Weightlifter- Loosening up the animation & adding the bar
In order to improve the animation further and to 'loose it up' I had to stagger the keyframes. I staggered the keyframes for the spine controls including the neck and head by moving the keys forward one more than the last in the graph editor. I then cleaned the keys up by re-keying the necessary keys and deleting any others.
I then worked on checking the position of the feet, hands and pole vectors etc to make sure the animation looked cleaner.
I then added the bar into the scene and parented it to one of the hands, this revealed some things that needed cleaning up with the rotations and the positioning of the other hand.
