Don't forget to include a few more details about the film ie who made it and when... the 'when' is especially important as it allows your reader, who may not be familiar witht he film, to put it into context within a certain timeframe. You say ' La Jetée is shot in entirely black and white still photography,' but there is in fact a moment of movement; did this fleeting moment alter the pace of the film? What effect does it have on the viewer?

All in all a nice, succinct review :)
