What If Metropolis - Thumbnails 1-16

These are my first two thumbnail pages!

I really liked the idea of being able to create silhouettes of buildings in my thumbnails so I am able to work out the shapes of different buildings in my city. 

For these thumbnails I focused on the shape of the houses in 'Estrella', by trying to focus on how I had described them in my travelogue: 

"Rows and rows of mismatched houses stretch into the distance, all unique in their distorted shapes and abstract colour patterns. Estrella’s houses are unique in their structures; made up of geometric and angular lines, no two look the same."
